And be here in this moment. 

Open,

And free.

Close your eyes, 

And slow your breathing. 

Let the rhythm calm you,

And relax you. 

See if you can expand your breathing,

With each circular breath. 

Breathing in a little deeper on each inhale.

And breathing a little further on each exhale. 

I am free to try new things.
