My hope is that it opens up a space for you to let these words sink deeply into your mind, body and soul.
The people in our lives directly impact our life experiences. If we are surrounded by people who are nay-sayers, doubt us, or demean us, it’s easy for us to shrink. Conversely, if we’re surrounded by people who believe in us, cheer us on and even challenge us to grow, we can thrive beyond our own imaginations.
