I See You, Mama

Good morning, beautiful,

This week, our theme is mothering.  

These meditations are not just for those who have raised children.  It’s also for anyone who has been mothered - whether that was by your biological mom or other incredible women.  And it’s also for anyone who has mothered those around her; perhaps you’ve been a caregiver for an aging loved one or even mentored someone else. 

Mothering in this series is meant as a verb to encompass the experience of deeply caring for and being cared for by others.  

Today’s meditation is a chance to feel showered with love and appreciation for the work you do as a mother.
