Today, we’ll be meditating in total silence - with no music or words as guidance. Thoughts will arise. Your ears will be distracted by all the noises. Your body will want to move. Be gentle on yourself. And without judgement, bring yourself back to the rhythm of your breathing so it can guide you back to the present, and back to the silence.
Surrender to this practice today, letting go of any expectations of what you think it “should” be, and just be here with it.
