That you are more powerful than even the harshest of circumstances that might burn you into ashes.

That there is beauty in your vulnerable fall...because it enables you to be reborn even stronger, wiser and even more luminous than ever before.

This meditation can be helpful if you’re going through a particularly dark season of your life, or a life circumstance has brought you to your knees. Or even if you just had a bad day and are feeling a bit defeated.

You are a magical Phoenix, beautiful. Rising from the ashes and so amazingly powerful.
