This week, we’re meditating about rest.
Sometimes, the most productive thing we can do is rest. To take the time to slow down and replenish, so we can then speed up and move with focus and intention.
Just like the marathon runner stopping at a station to recharge, or a car stopping to fill up its tank, or even a bird resting on a branch before it flies again...resting is a vital part of continued movement.
So this morning’s meditation is a guided visualization that will help you slow down so you can then speed up.
