Or are doing it so much better than you are,

Those people to whom you’re comparing yourself,

They are exactly where they need to be.

Their journey is not your journey.

And, just like yours...it’s not perfect. No matter how refined it might look from the outside.

You are living your own, magical life...full of its own turns, twists and timing.


So the intention of today’s meditation is to help you quiet your mind when it feels like it’s screaming with judgements against you, for not having a life that looks like theirs.

To help you stop comparing yourself to others,

And embrace the imperfect perfection of your life right now.
