Wash It All Away, Gentle Rain Guided Meditation

Fall down upon me, 

Gentle rain,

And wash it all away.

All the pain,

All the worry,

All the fears. 

Wash away all the details,

All the plans,

All the pressure to keep up.

None of them serve me here in the present.

None of them are needed right now. 

So let your waters fall,

And cleanse me,

Nourish me,

Fill me,

So that I may be brought back to the simple stillness of my soul.
