To help you feel protected and untouchable.

This meditation is especially helpful if you’ve experienced traumatic events in your past whose ghosts still visit you, even though you are physically free from them.

Or perhaps you are doubtful about expressing your authentic self because you fear what others will do or say.

Or maybe you simply need relief from underlying anxiety that has been keeping you frozen.
